"I recently purchased a 2003 R1200CL from your BMW showroom (moving up from a 1977 100RS). This bike is an excellent value, exceeded my needs and is working out very well for me. I must add that, without the outstanding assistance of your sales manager Dave Rosen and sales staff Chris Stephens, I may have gone in another direction. Dave gently encouraged me to take a test-ride on the CL (it was not what I had in mind initially) and set me up with your escort Bob almost immediately. After a ride that allowed me to experience what the CL had to offer, I returned to the showroom and began making the arrangements. I believe the true measure of a partnership is how your partner responds when things go wrong, not just when things go well. There was a glitch in obtaining the title for the bike. Dave Rosen went to great lengths to make sure I had the title and the bike when I needed it. Kudos to Dave and Chris for getting me on my bike. I look forward to my continued relationship with Gengras BMW Motorcycles including your excellent Service Dept (I purchased the extended warranty for the CL).
